Tarasuk House

A view of the house under construction from the south-eastern side.  The windows and doors will be painted in the spring to match the trim  and screen still have to be built for the screen porch.  Notice the posts supporting the porch, solid brick columns, a little detail that goes a long way.

Time to Insulate

The insulation used in The Tarasuk Colonial is a Soy based Polyethylene, which is sprayed into the framing cavities.  After the insulation cures it is cut off and an incredible insulated house is ready for Sheetrock..

An Interior View

A view of the attic (above) shows the benefits of having a 9/12 pitch.  With plenty of head room and space to store belongings, this 28' x 34' area will never be wasted.
The office located in the Basement has two window wells with brick veneer to illuminate  the room with natural sun light.
A glimpse of the second floor Master bedroom looking into its own bathroom and a full set of stairs to the attic.
The first floor Kitchen and dinning room gets flooded with sun light all day long.  The view from inside the kitchen looking at the staircase to the second floor and a 3' x 3' Rumford fireplace for the winters cold months.
