The Lenox Barn

The main girder installed on cribbing towers lifts the building off of the existing foundation.
With no weight on the old rubble stone foundation, we are able to excavate and prepare for the new concrete walls.

A cedar Pergola

This Picturesque Pergola was designed and constructed specifically to suit this old New England Colonial.Built at the shop, its was delivered and assembled in less that 8 hours.
The pergola was designed to accommodate a tangle of vines to shade the patio from the hot summer sun.
A satisfied homeowner demanded me to pose for this shot after completion.
ENJOY!

A Balcony With a view

A view of the Berkshires from the new Mahogany deck is a wonderful place to enjoy the morning coffee.
Located off of the master bedroom the half round balcony is a very elegant location.

A Bathroom Remodel

During the spring of 2010 this bathroom addition was Completely remodeled.

Using only the frame of the addition this bathroom was gutted of all its prior entities. New Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation, Trim, Fixtures, and Tiles were all a part of bringing this area to life.

The 4 combined tile layouts on the floors and wall became a time consuming project with a very satisfying finish.

With the finishing touches of paint courtesy of Dario and Hernan the homeowners very pleased with there overall project.
